    Mr. Sherman is the Managing Partner of Cohen Greve & Company. He has over forty years of professional accounting experience in a wide array of industries and disciplines. He has vast experience in Due Diligence for mergers and acquisitions, forensic investigations in shareholder disputes and uncovering white collar crime in various entities. He has knowledge of the Garment Center, Wholesales Distributors, and Manufacturing and Real Estate.

    Mr. Sherman is a graduate of Hofstra University with a BBS in accounting and attended New York University’s Graduate School of Business for Finance

            Wendy Valentino

            Wendy’s experience includes forensic valuations for matrimonial and shareholder disputes. She has significant experience in the areas of business valuations, forensic accounting, fraud investigation and matrimonial accounting. She has worked on various engagements relating to retail and wholesale businesses and distributors and significant real estate holding companies.

            Wendy is a graduate of Adelphi University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. degree in Accounting. She regularly attends and participates in seminars relating to such areas as divorce taxation, quantitative analyses in litigation, fraud detection, the valuation of professional practices, and damages. She was previously a principal at Cohen Greve & Company and has been with the firm since 1996.

                Ellen Trageser

                Ms. Trageser is in charge of the Firm’s tax practice and Not for Profit practice. She has been in professional practice for over thirty years and specializes in estate and trust taxation and planning. Ms. Trageser also has extensive knowledge of governmental accounting including Al33 audit programs.

                Ms. Trageser graduated Magna Cum Laude from Long Island University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
